If anyone can recommend any firms that are great for starting out and any advice on how to transition from working full time to part time real estate and then to full time agent that would be amazing.  

I'm looking to transition to full-time RE investing in the next year or two.

I need help for the first timer buying a liquor store in austin 

I am hoping on our next deal they will come down on interest a bit.Ok, so here's what the house looked like before we bought it:So far, we have painted the exterior, all new vinyl windows, new exterior doors, new garage door and opener, installing French drains and a sump pump due to there being a bad ground water issue in the crawl space last spring, new roof, opened up the kitchen, put in a french door, replaced all the wood flooring, tiled in bathrooms, framed in laundry and mechanical, shelves in the pantry, all new interior paint, heated flooring in master bath, can lighting.

Have a tight budget for a condo in a 55+, needs a cosmetic re-do (Floors, paint, kitchen, bathroom vanity, fixtures).Referrals Appreciated.

I know that I will have to either credit the tenants the rent for the days while the building is being tented or put them up at an-extended stay type motel that has a kitchen/kitchenette in the rooms.

Having a more difficult time renting one than the other. 3bed 1 bath house.

Thankfully the kitchen has brand new cabinets and everything appears to be fine in there.
