Anyone have a reliable "guy" to do a cheap condo do-over in Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Greenacres, Boynton Beach area?  Have a tight budget for a condo in a 55+, needs a cosmetic re-do (Floors, paint, kitchen, bathroom vanity, fixtures).
