How to get Started in Charlotte NC while working full time?
Hello, I am newly licensed in the Charlotte/Concord area. I currently work full time for a property management company, however my goal is to transition in to real estate full time this year. I am unsure how to start and which direction to go in as I rely heavily on my current income. I have also been receiving some interest from potential buyers and investors. If anyone can recommend any firms that are great for starting out and any advice on how to transition from working full time to part time real estate and then to full time agent that would be amazing. I appreciate any advice
