Memphis, I just think there are better returns with better market fundamentals elsewhere, and Cleveland has not proven itself to me as a growth market yet enough for me to be convinced I want to buy there.

Now the information was great but I knew it would lead to more money  that we don't have, so after day one I began searching the web and I stumbled to this site and my eyes opened so wide and I love what I see.A little background, I've worked in the public sector for 30 years, but I cannot retire because Of my age, but I want to do something else and I want to leave our kids a legacy.

@Shaune Faust  for some very good quick comparisons on one web site from actual providers you can go to Brie's web site turnkey reviews as  @Ayodeji Kuponiyi states.there are Many quality providers in the turn key markets these days.I always like to recommend that1. make sure your buying in good areas 2. searching for the absolute highest return in rental properties ( at least on paper) will many times put you in difficult to manage areas of the cities.3.
