Hi my name is Larry I am a teacher. I have been involved in real estate of sort on and off for many years. I am now doing flips but its getting harder and harder to fine good deal that my 2 partners and I can make any real money. I am interested in learning more about wholesaling and if it really works everything I read looks to me to be a bit off the wall and would never really work!! Any help???
