Looks like they filed on April 16th and tried claiming weeks before their actual termination date of April 27th so that would be why there are weeks that were not paid.

They can file a claim with the credit card company, prove the charges were justified, and the credit card company will pay them back.I don't know of many companies that ask Landlord permission before allowing certain forms of payments.

@Jaysen Medhurst I've heard some CPAs won't allow their clients to claim their RE professional status if they still work a W2, but I still work a W2 job and my CPA stated I will still qualify as a real estate professional.
