First time in 3 years we have had to file a claim with over 150 airbnb stays.

Security deposit will take care of the last month of unpaid rent, but I'm considering filing a small claims court lawsuit to get a judgement for recoverable damages.

Most properties are remotely managed by owners/PMs and what was suggested would be an impossible and unrealistic standard to set - much less enforce. 

She is a truck driver and had always claimed she is on the road and can't talk.

Now I raised claim Immideatly.

This seems unrealistically low for a 40 unit property.

@Edwing Hernandez Lots of unsupported claims...same story with Roofstock...nothing like getting on camera and claiming you have a magic formula but no evidence of what's in the potion....they want you to go on faith alone, I guess...

Look for books published in the last 2 years as some of the books post 2010 seem to give people unrealistic expectations.

That content and similar content out there sets unrealistic expectations that anyone can put together their "team" and invest in distant markets.

But it sounds like your agreeing a no-contingency sale is more unrealistic here.
