750hrs for Real Estate professionals

Anyone have a template for 750hrs write off real estate professionals. I am trying to get the tax write off. Thanks

@Cameron Tope, according to IRS rules, in order to qualify "More than half of the personal services you performed in all trades or businesses during the tax year were performed in real property trades or businesses in which you materially participated."

Therefore if you work a normal 40-hour/week job, it's very unlikely that you spent 41+ hours/week on RE. The IRS is going to be very suspicious if you claim that you do.

I'm no CPA and tax rules often have nuances that aren't obvious by just reading the rules. I do think it's worth having a deeper conversation with your tax professional.
