Hey @Scott Bogue,That sounds like an absolute nightmare, but unfortunately, you’re not the first to experience contractor issues like this.

So essentially as an OOS investor I'm stuck as far as registering goes at the moment. 

I have an attorney working on the tax lien but it's still an active lien.

@Amyson Varughese either figure out the eviction process or hire an experienced attorney that all they do is evictions.Otherwise, your tenant will teach YOU a lesson!
