DSCR with personal tax lien

Hello everyone, 

1 week before closing, my lender notified me I need to pay a 10yr old out of state tax lien to get funded. I have an attorney working on the tax lien but it's still an active lien. Anyone have ideas how to get around this? I'm buying under my LLC.
