bought a house in a cuddlesack in 09 the entire neighborhood is emcopassedin a brick wall, front and sides, my wall is both front and sides ,told by the seller wall covered-my badNothing about fence/wall in HOA book bylaws or covenantsI noticed structral damage on wing wall contacted HOA June 2012, they said nothing in book, I joined the board, and they took resposibilty/used HOA money to find out, got survey, lawyer, determined my wing wall was deemed on 50/50 land and that the HOA never deeded that land over via quick title.

you can go to listsource to find leads also there are several foreclosure sites and websites you can visit to join up with their program and get leads emailed to you.
