Hey guys,
My name is Calin Riley from Raleigh, NC. Just finished 8 years in the Military; I got my Brokers license in 2012 while on Leave from a deployment. I joined the family Commercial Construction business as my day job and plan to spend some of my time off scouring the area for good deals. I just rented out my first house and bought another one, looking at duplexes now. I like the buy hold strategy.
I have really been enjoying the podcasts, I'm starting at the beginning and trying to catch up, its all I listen to in the car! Great site and it seems like an outstanding resource for Real Estate and more!
Best of luck to everyone,
Thanks!
