Hello all,

My name is William Johnson and I have recently re-started my wholesaling business in Montreal Quebec. I have approximately 4 years of experience in wholesaling but I had stopped for almost 1 year due to discouragement. I had been wholesaling in a very hot seller's market and I had been doing it almost exclusively with the MLS so it was a tough go and, on top of that I was wholesaling to just one investor.

I am now back for good with the firm resolution to never, ever stop again.  My action plan for the next year is as follows:

1.  Grow my wholesaling list to ten to twenty active investors

2.  Wholesale 6 properties.

3.  Make contacts with 5 hard money lenders who will be ready to finance my properties if my investors have need a lender.

4.  Line up 3 notaries who are comfortable with closing wholesale transactions.

5.  Call 40 properties per week and make verbal offers.

I also will be looking to purchase one small multi-family dwelling every two years for the next ten years, after which I will be buying one medium to large multi dwelling every two years.

I am very excited to be on this forum and I wish I would have discovered it 5 years ago instead of going it alone as I have up to this point
