There are a lot of companies building here (Intel, FB, Amazon, etc. ), lots of job growth, and population growth.

Then after stabilization after upgrades we began to sell (usually in the form similar but different than a RTO)  the homes off to tenants.

Doesn't always need to cover debt-service depending on other factors, but there is a lot of different options for this since it isn't a Fannie/Freddie product.
