I'm Back and Ready To Go

Good morning everyone! My name is Tyler Warlow! I joined bigger pockets a while back but had to focus on paying my way through school and passing a dual major in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science Engineering. I graduated back in May of 2022 and I am currently living with my beautiful fiancé and we are getting married in October. Now that I have more time on my hands and some additional disposable income, I am looking to jump back into learning about real estate! I am trying to learn hands on skills so that I can buy properties that may need some TLC given how hot the market is here in Raleigh. My first goal is to do a house hack but a little different from the standard that we all know and love. I am looking for a house that I can convert into duplex so that there can be two living spaces, live in one and rent out the other. I would love to connect and learn more from this community!
