Does anyone have advice on a marketing campaign that has worked?

Hi all,So I am about to begin my direct mail campaign and I am planning on going the postcard route, at least at first and I have an opinion question for those who have had any success with direct mail.I'm a firm believer in playing to your strengths (in basically any aspect of life).

Is anyone really surprised when we have a president who illegally raised campaign funds from undisclosed foreign sources?

They spend obscene amount of money to market junk and campaign against taxes on corn syrup laden soda poison.

I recently launched a marketing campaign and received a call back on a four unit property valued at about $1M.
