In closing, if someone tells you its easy, avoid them they are lying, it hard, real hard but its as exciting as it can get and it really works, no matter who you are, there is nothing more rewarding that winning a deal on a great property, then getting income every month.Hope this helps and I wish you well.

Currently I am trying to find a win-win situation by locating an owner of a walk-up who is ready to retire or move on for some reason, but would still want monthly income from the property.I have turned to bigger pockets to learn and give back.

Every stock picking genius in history has eventually gotten in wrong, or been found to be cheating, so I don't trust my own ability to find those deals.I would argue that in order to find the winning stocks you probably have to spend a lot more time researching than you do to find a decent buy and hold rental.
