Say you price the home at 499,999 in MLS and put in the description that you are willing to consider all offers from 499-539 or something.

Met a lot of investors, realtors, PMs and so on, in the span of of an hour or two. 

In the Lease, just make sure the wording is descriptive & crystal clear, and worded in simple, plain english. 

I met a wholesaler on Linked.....hes trying to get rid of a property in Laredo.....any assistance is appreciated 

Not very organized would be the best description.

A couple things to consider other than the obvious things like price and pictures. 1) Was the written description of the property and the rental terms clear and concise.

In Australia you need to write your name and usually a payment description when depositing money into someone's bank account so it would look like this:John SmithRent for 18 Rowe StWhereas my US bank statement is like a guessing game when trying to work out what's what.

Maybe read the descriptions first, focusing on ones that mention multifamily properties.
