Found a property and want to buy with multiple partners

Hi Everyone,

First time poster.  A few partners of mine (they’re friends) have been talking about creating a small group to start purchasing real estate.  We just met a few days ago to hash out a lot of things.  We plan on visiting an attorney, cpa etc in the next few weeks to make sure that we cover all of our bases.  My problem is that just today we found a great deal right in our backyard and in our wheelhouse financially.  We don’t want to let this deal go to waste and wondering if there is a way to make an offer on this property(4-plex) before we have met with the attorneys etc.  Does anyone have any advice or should we just wait and hope it’s still there after we meet with the proper advisors.  Thank you for all your help.
