Though I've listened to and read several examples of those successfully implementing the BRRRR strategy, there is a key component that I still can't seem to get complete clarity on.

Structural engineers typically handle the structural components and not plumbing, electrical, hvac, etc.  

I have seen so many “what if” and “worse case scenario” both here and on social media.

In addition to the academic experience, it is an initiation for many components of adult  life.

I’m also in the same position - My business is just me with taxes filed under my social security number, and I don’t pay myself a wage or salary, I just transfer funds as I need them.  

There are no exceptions and it is tracked by your social security number. 

From my experience this far all building departments are remaining open and are each enacting their own methods to promote Social Distancing.
