Stay calm and work your plan

I have seen so many “what if” and “worse case scenario” both here and on social media. So here is what I am going to do. Stay calm and work my plan.

My plan was to buy one or two more SFR's this year. So I'm still going to do that. I will be a little more careful in my research to find the right property. I will spend some extra time understanding the local market that I will be buying in. And I will purchase one or two more properties this year.

You all have (or at least should have) a plan. Work your plan. Make some modifications. Understand your market. Be smart.

But don’t freak out and let fear govern your decisions. Now is the time to capitalize on the uncertainty, not freak out and miss out. So please just stay calm.
