Hi all,About to go under contract potentially in Columbus OH for a 72 unit multifamily and would like to know if anyone can recommend a good property manager or management company that is fairly modernized and up for a challenge.

Makes no sense to look at ancient days when trying to analyze a modern-day housing crisis. 

Detroit is a "Future City" and as such is in position to stand out as the USA's version of what other emerging cities are experiencing in terms of growth, modern infrastructure, transportation, architecture, etc. 

For rental purposes, I think having a nicer/modern kitchen and bathroom will go a long way. 

I also like rentometer as a benchmark, but currently, it seems to be about $100-200 low on monthly rent estimates.
