Hi, I am new to STR, currently exploring Blue Ridge GA because my in-laws live in Georgia. Anyone who has a STR in Blue Ridge GA to share experience will be great? Any suggestions as to # bedrooms and amenities (e.g. hot tub) will be great. If you are or know of a real estate agent to recommend, that will be much appreciated. Thank you!
