Hi everyone,

I am a real estate investor who currently resides in Wisconsin, but do most of my investing in Florida (thus "Wiscorida", haha)

I specialize in wholesale flipping vacant land and am moving towards wholesaling homes.

I started my real estate investing at the beginning of 2009. After several successful deals I have been able to quit my old full-time job and pursue wholesaling full-time. http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/55-new-member-introductions/topics/new#

I also dont understand why an investor or home buyer would not just get an agent and look for an REO on their own? There seem to be many. If you dont see the REO, how are you going to get accurate repair numbers and know if the area is any good. In most cities, areas can change from good to bad in blocks. Google Maps does not tell all. If you say you are going to get bids from a general, what is in it for them? Will you pay them a flat fee and allow them to bid on the job for the end buyer?
