Hello BP community,

I am a novice investor, looking for long term rental investment opportunity, prefer single family or multi family.  I am currently living in NJ, my budget can not afford anything in the area, so looking out of states  Michigan, Florida. Other states is also welcome

My experience I househacked a 1b1b a few years ago and successfully turned that into a rental property, now I am househacking 2b2b.    Looking to connect with real estate agents who are willing to work with investor just starting out.

Budget 200K - 300K,

Mid to Long term rental

I am super curious how you house hacked a 1/1!

Sounds like you're on the right path. I am biased to the Detroit market since that's where my portfolio is. I live in California and have 12-doors there.

It's one of the few markets that still cash flows with today's rates.
