If you know what features each offers, and the price points for that particular manufacturer you can make an intelligent decision as to what items you want to buy.Or, if you don't want to go to the trouble of learning all of these things, you could just go the "get the cheapest" rout and roll the dice and take your chances, but if you make a mistake and you have 100+ faucets to replace after only a few months because you gambled wrong (or 100+ toilets with plastic flush levers that break off or won't flush much volume, or etc...) you'll probably wish you had more knowledge of these things before cutting checks.Good Luck!

Seems like a smaller market to get that kind of deal volume.  

Once you have your shortlist on who is brokering the majority of volume in your area, spend the time to build the relationship and trust so that you'll be the call they make when a deal pops up.

So by adapting to new laws I am not only giving my tenants a benefit, I am also increasing my tenant volume, I make a profit, I then invest in more properties.  

He spent years selling real estate, he has done over $125 million in volume as an agent, and he has bought and sold a bunch of rental property over his lifetime.

Some businesses are high volume, low margin and some are low volume high margin.

He got a good deal with a guy for the high volume and sent emails to all the property owners about the service. 

If the area does not then you can make up for some of that missing part with shear volume instead.
