So my question is, for investors what is more important margin or volume?

For those experienced in private lending: This question was posed to me in my membership group from an investor:What strategies have been most effective for scaling your loan volume to $5M+ per month?

Do you get any volume discounts or better service due to the volume of your business from the current providers, that might be something to consider. not sure if that is even a thing for lawyers though.

Not sure their volume its certainly not like Kiavi or lima or one of the big players..

Transaction volumes continue to be slowed with days on market increasing, but Sellers are remaining defiant and not coming off too much of their higher prices.

I think it speaks volumes regarding your care to the situation the heir is involved in.

I do not do a lot of volume, so it would take me a long time to get a good data set just based on those numbers. 

Their success speaks volumes however, its a bit much for me to stomach for a potential benefit.
