For all you wholesalers out there: in your experience, has been the best way to find sellers? I'm in the KCMO area, if anyone has location specific guidance!

Where are you building your lists and what kind of marketing are you sending out? That will usually answer if you have a shortage of seller options incoming. There is no magic new strategy for finding sellers, it's about assessing data and processing it, getting good contact info or sending compelling, not sleazy postcards.
