I had a friend that built awesome complex in Coco beach,on the beach.

Bundled cable/internet service.I know of a large apartment complex close by that gets one large internet connection from a distributor (commercial) and probably pays 500-750/month for it.

I also like the larger complexes because you can control the whole look and feel of the development versus the smaller buildings you are usually dealing with other owners around you who might be affecting the performance of your property in a negative way and you have no control over what they do.There is not as much financing for these types of units as most lenders consider it small potatoes and would rather do larger loans and less volume.

Either that, or if it were me, I'd use it to put a 50% down payment on a $1,000,000 apartment complex (and it would have to be a great deal for that apartment.)

Any restrictions you put on bandwidth increases the complexity of the setup.
