Offering Property Wide Wi-fi
Anyone currently doing this? What are the items/costs involved for setup and service? This would be over a few acre area with building spread out. Would like to hear any input regarding this
Thanks

I recently read (no personal experience) about a landlord offering certain services included in the rent, such as cable tv. The cable went out for some reason (storm, maybe, or wiring problem, I don't remember), and the tenant sued in court. Landlord was found to have breached the agreement and was held liable for damages to the tenant.
So the lesson here is if the wi-fi goes out, you may be held responsible for the outage, so write your lease or rental agreement accordingly.
