Well each state is different but generally you have 3 buckets that agency falls into.1.Dual agency which is only allowed in some states is where you represent the buyer and the seller as a client.2.Designated agency is where you might have the same brokerage but different agents in the brokerage representing the buyer and seller to negotiate on their behalf.3.

We sell a lot of turnkey rental properties through representative who end up passing our deals on to international real estate agents; who then end up passing our deals on to their clients.I was just thinking if we could like up some international real estate agents ourselves and eliminate the middleman, we could ultimately create a better investor experience and be more profitable.Does anyone have any ideas on where or how to find international real estate agents?
