Where do I find international RE Agents?

We sell a lot of turnkey rental properties through representative who end up passing our deals on to international real estate agents; who then end up passing our deals on to their clients.

I was just thinking if we could like up some international real estate agents ourselves and eliminate the middleman, we could ultimately create a better investor experience and be more profitable.

Does anyone have any ideas on where or how to find international real estate agents?
