I just launched my first direct mail marketing campaign and hope to do my first deal soon.

I was initially going to launch a marketing campaign, however I came across the idea of purchasing leads, and upon research, it is indeed purchasable.    

In Colorado, it's as simple as going to a website, entering some personal identification information, uploading your driver's license to prove it's you and the check comes to you in a couple of weeks.I see this as a public service campaign.  

I have yet to find a 2-4 unit and have found out it is due to many local restrictions on these type of properties.I am more interested in getting more knowledge about further out markets like Winchester and Fredericksburg.  

I have a few marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Did you do your own DM campaign or did you use some of the pros/automated systems out there?

I would really love some pointers to anyone who is familiar with a good account provider.Would restricting my investments to strictly precious metals (standard US coins) completely eliminate the risk of getting involved in prohibited transactions?

I'm increasing my direct mail campaigns for wholesaling and have a question about the # of letters to send out. 

If you want to restrict your customers to only people that worked at McDonald's on Chester Ave between 1987 and 1992 and also have at least 2 vowels in their first name, so be it.Your only risk there is if people you deny service to happen to fit into one of the protected classes.
