Any luck with purchasing Leads

I am not very interested in placing bandit signs as I think they are tacky and unprofessional despite everyone raving at how well they work, with that being said I have a full time job making a substantial income so quitting to become a full time real estate investor is not an option in the foreseeable future... So with that said has anyone had any luck with leads purchased from the internet? are there better ways to get leads (keep in mind my time is limited to the weekends and after 7 pm )
