about three months ago I stumbled upon a company called BRESS claims to be the number one virtual assistant real estate oriented platform on the market.

Small claims court will only file amounts less that $10,000.

Ultimately, and perhaps unrealistically,  what I'm hoping to find is a program geared towards healthcare care workers that lends despite my lack of a guaranteed full time position.Any thoughts would be appreciated.Much thanks.

It does take a few days and cozy has been the worst in terms of claiming a deposit is going through but then not telling me the payment failed due to NSF until days later.
