Collecting rent through Venmo
In the past, I have only collected rent by money orders. Last month a tenant asked me if they could pay through Venmo. Is there any reason why I should not let tenants pay through Venmo?
I have tried to collect through Cozy management, but it took forever.

Venmo is great. It’s free, safe and the funds transfer instantly from the tenant to you with no worry about the check or money order getting “lost in the mail”.
