Just got my salesperson license in Orange County, CA and I've met with multiple folks at KW and BHHS.

Hi I’m 22 years old live in Orange County CA and I’m trying to figure out how to start out on Rental property investing in California.

They cover Orange, Seminole, Lake Osceola, Volusia and Brevard..so there is always something going on. 

Is there a good friendly title company that works with wholesalers in the orange park / duval area and that understands assignment contracts
