When I look at properties at Auction.com, I notice there is a good investing opportunity, however most of the times you cannot look the inside of property.

There are 5% and 3% down 2-4 unit loans from Freddie/Fannie if you income qualify for those specific programs (or if the property is in a specific census tract).2.

So if you are wanting to get a Fannie/Freddie type of loan the answer is no. 

The turn was minimal and a new tenant was placed in the same month as the previous one vacated).As much as we’d like to continue managing your property we feel it is best to allow this to be your 30 day notice.

Then you’re just looking at whatever documentation and state laws as to whether you need to provide 30/60 days notice of non-renewal, or that same time to either leave or sign this new lease.

By the time they give notice that won’t start until the first day of the month following the notice, the 2-3 weeks it will take their case worker to process their port paperwork, then the 2-3 weeks it will take to get their paperwork processed in the new HA, then the 2-3 weeks it will take them to get an appointment to get their RFTA, they are literally 3 months away from having the ability to move in.  

No noticeable spike at all.

i would call a local Worcester bank and chat,  DCU, MCU, Millbury Savings bank, Bay State Bank,  all carry portfolio loans and can do what they want and not have to worry if Fannie or Freddie will back the loan

So a renovation loan with Fannie Mae as an investment property sounds like a good option for me.

If your lease states 7-day notice, must you still provide 10 days notice in PA.
