When I look at properties at Auction.com, I notice there is a good investing opportunity, however most of the times you cannot look the inside of property. When doing the Due diligence, is it possible to estimate the repairs of the property Without looking at it?

A friend of mine told me a rough estimate of $20,000 for repairs. Is that a save the statement?
