@Chad Gronan it doesn't seem like they actually changed the listing, it seems like they got multiple good offers and are doing a multiple seller counter offer of highest and best while also allowing new buyers to submit highest and best.

After watching a couple YouTube videos, I’ve learned it’s a pretty easy thing to do.

I tried the video games vibe and it just isn’t for me.

There are several free ones out there that would allow your tenants to add these requests and upload photos and videos for them too.

Also, even if a lease is over, I cannot even submit a notice to vacate to sell a property.

We manage property in Charlotte as well, and we made it a specific point to contact every tenant who has not paid and even went so far as to set up a private web form (similar to a bank) where the residents who do have real Covid-19 related payment issues can submit information as to what their issue is, why they can’t pay, when they can pay etc, what they can pay, etc.
