Becoming a HUD or REO Local Listing Agent

Looking into the application process of becoming a HUD local listing agent. Would love to hear from any agent out there that has experience with this.

I recently filled out the NAID application and was approved.  I now have to submit a proposal to the asset manager in my region.  I was told I would be added to the wait list but at this point I'd like to get this done and be eligible.

Part of the proposal is creating a detailed marketing plan. If anyone has any tips or an example to share on a successful proposal/marketing plan I would appreciate your advice.  Thanks!
