Based on my experience I have really thought about trying to mimic it at our new duty station since I relocated due to my husbands job and no longer work for my old company.Our demographic were TDY soldiers.

We were previously stationed in Virignia Beach.

Call the local fire station, not the emergency number, when its quiet.

We have turned being the fact that we are only "local" as long as the orders have is stationed in a location.

These areas are close to the train station into NYC as well as local colleges and universities.

I am very "Green" in the REI world, I have absolutely NO background in it other than the past 3 weeks of reading and trying to educate myself on different ways of REI and how to get started when you are as green as I am:) I work at Oconee Nuclear Station as a Quality Control Inspector and came across BiggerPockets just from doing research on the subject.

FHA only comps the house as a one bedroom and the market is Hot right now. 4: I found a nice brick house near a Lite rail station so I traded one for the other.I have another property I just bought with a partner.

The town has 1 gas station, 1 grocery store, 1 restaurant.

Would like any property near some amenities like walking distance to bus stop and or grocery store, train station, etc.
