Newbie from Greenville SC

Hi everyone, my name is Roland D Hefner Jr but everybody calls me Dee! I am very "Green" in the REI world, I have absolutely NO background in it other than the past 3 weeks of reading and trying to educate myself on different ways of REI and how to get started when you are as green as I am:) I work at Oconee Nuclear Station as a Quality Control Inspector and came across BiggerPockets just from doing research on the subject. I attended a "Guru's" 3-DAY Seminar event and tried my best to sift out all the "sales pitching" to come out with some information, and I did. With that said, I am very interested in learning more about getting started in REI. I would definitely consider myself in the "Learning Stage" of it all.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
