(Each kid has a saving, spending, giving, and investing account)  It is really fun for them to have to withdrawal money from their own account to pay for something that they have been wanting for a long time. 

He did a great job and is also a really nice guy (and a lot of fun too!).  

It's great to see people getting involved in RE investing, it's been nothing but fun for me.
