Greetings From Orlando, New Investor to Florida
Hello, My Name is Harry Khiani. My wife/partner of 33 years, Cindy (who just passed Real Estate sale class and will have her license after soon taking the state exam just for our business only), have had 14 rental properties and successful clothing stores in Alaska. After joining local investor group in Orlando, we have purchased 2 Properties from wholesalers with cash and are currently rehabbing them. We are not new to investing, just finding & flipping .What we need are local mentors not paid Gurus (we don't need hand holding) to help us understand local market, help us find both an investor friendly realtor and the right contractors. Our goal is to do 12 first year, we have been paying cash so far. Our three year business plan is in 20-24 flip/ Annually . Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi, my name is Tammy, I def can help. I moved here in 2003. I have a strong Real Estate background. My first flip was in 1996. It took me a good 3 years strong to really know and study the markets of Orange and Seminole counnty..I know every area there is, in evey price range, pretty much almost all of the communities, zip codes that are in demand, and ones to stay away from...I have worn every hat sinse Ive been here..Real Estate Assistant, Realtor, Rehab Project Manger, Investor, Wholesaler...If your wanting to invest in the Orlando market with a great ROI, just say the word.
