Hi BP community!
I am so glad I found this site, it is really cool to get a real estate education without paying some guru thousands of dollars.
I am hoping to learn how to buy and hold Cash Flow rental income properties.
I have a regular job and planning to stay in it because it is a good source of income. My goal is to own 10 to 15 units next 5 years! I have a small previous investing experience but I have so much more to learn...
I hope with your advise and direction, I will get there.
