But we know the answer here = they just sell that loan to the MBS market.I bet they also have an "allocation" to fund investors buying investment condo's that dont cash flow, or excuse me, cashflow at $10 in the positive due to ridiculous regime fees.Meanwhile, there's us MHP investors over here with super-CF assets boasting DSCR of 2+/- (the last one I got turned down boasted a ratio of 2.15-2.20!)
