Investing with Ashcroft Capitol?

Has anyone had experience investing with Ashcroft Capital? We are considering investing in their fund and I was hoping to hear from anyone on this forum who has had experience with them. How have their funds performed? Is their fund run well? Do you get dividends when you’re supposed to? and any other experience anyone has had with them - good or bad. Thank you!

@Dusty Laurin

I’ve invested with Ashcroft and I’ve been very pleased overall. The cash flow has been exactly as expected and the team has been very responsive to all my questions. I’m not currently invested in their current fund model but that only because I decided to diversify a bit into a self storage fund.

Based on my personal experience with Ashcroft, I’d highly recommend you a least have a conversation with @Travis Watts.

All the best,

JM
