I’ve not interacted with Marco Santarelli but I suspect they’ve grown as a business and he’s probably more removed from daily operations than he was say three years ago.

An important quality I look for when working with Title Companies is their ability to problem solve, be dependable and responsive and have a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with me or anyone else involved in the transaction.

He's got a lot of experience and I from my interactions I believe he will also do a fantastic job.

It really comes down to your personal preference of how much you need the face-to-face interaction, maybe video call may do for you.

A condo may requires very, very little maintenance, but if you don't want to deal with the bills or interacting with tenants a PM is the way to go.

I am just wanting to get a better understanding of the interaction between the wholesaler and buyer. 

When I get involved at the mirco level, walking properties, interacting with renters, hearing the stories, excuses, evicting children, it hurts my soul.
