Newbie from New Jersey

Hello folks,

                  New to BP and this is my first post. Started listening to the Passive Real Estate Investing podcasts from Marco S. at Norada a few months ago and finally reached the BP website during my research.  I am from NJ and currently own a rental that i originally use to live in. At this point looking to invest out of state and recently got in touch with Norada and had a counselling session with one of their advisors. I have come across JWB and MI in my research as well. Slow start with Norada so far but not in a rush and in it for the long term.

This is a great community and I am glad i found it.

Welcome to BP @Royston Lobo! @Marco Santarelli's podcast is a great one that I listen to as well. Where in NJ are you from? What states are you looking at to consider starting out in your journey? 

There is nothing wrong with the speed of implementation if you are making progress.
